The wine world is so vast and there is so much information out there about wine. Until recently many of the most published wine writers have been from England or France where their style of writing has been too proper, complicated, and old for the American reader. These cards keep it simple. There are pictures of the grape varietal on one side of the card and concise information about the grape varietal on the other side of the card, with flavor profile descriptions, dna history, and food pairings. Also, each card is glossed to prevent fading.
