Hot photos by Rick Day. That's not a suprise, but I think there are pictures that are not in the book Players Two. Very large pictures, larger than the book it seems. If you are looking for a really functional calender, this is not the one for you. The days of the month are in little boxes along the bottom of the photo, no room for appointments. I guess if you need that, buy a day planner. There are not any totally nude pictures, but the garments that are worn leave nothing to the imagination. If very large photos of hot (VERY HOT!), sweaty, sexy men is what you are looking for, then this is for you!

If you love his books, Rick Day's PLAYERS 2012 Calendar will definitely not disappoint. The men are excerpts from the books and then some. The color reproduction is superb and the quality of the paper is of the highest quality ('suitable for framing' type!). Rick Day is a practiced and highly visible photographer and his specialty seems to be describing the heat of the athletic games he captures so well on film and in his multiple monographs. And now this special edition Calendar is no exception.

Whether day has found true athletes or use models to pose as athletes is a moot point: none of these well-muscled men could have come by these physiques without rigorous athletic workouts! But here Day places them in (and out of!) uniforms of ice skaters, football players, hockey players, gymnasts, swimmers - name a sport and there is an example here. if you appreciate the male physique, this is the book. Professional pictures of absolutely beauiful men. A must for your collection.
