He recently became very interested in making paper airplanes, so we thought this would be a fun way for him to have the opportunity to make a lot of them. Overall it is a very good product for someone interested in making paper airplanes. But there are a few things to be aware of: 1. Read the first page's instructions. Twice. Or three times! If you don't, you will quickly be lost in making the first airplanes. For instance, if you don't know the instruction's graphic convention for which is the printed side vs the other side of the plane you will have a tough time folding it up correctly! My son blew through reading them and was quickly confused when making his first one. Like most things, once you understand the conventions used in the product, most things fall into place. 2. The papers are colored so the airplanes are cool with symbols on some. He enjoys it very much. |
