Product Review

Fold an Inchworm, a Dippy Dog, even a Sunrise Over the Mountains. With an imaginative origami model every day, this calendar celebrates the sheer fun of paper-folding. The brightly colored and patterned pages are perfectly square to double as folding paper. It’s the only calendar endorsed by Origami USA.

My son who is 9, purchased the 2011 calendar for himself last year. He is obsessed! He runs downstairs each day to do the next origami. He has asked for the 2012 calendar for both him and his brother! The downside is we have origami all over the place!

I thought about purchasing an origami book for my nephew for Christmas, reconsidered when I saw this cool calendar! 365 days of origami?! Super fun!

Fun calendar!
You use the previous day's instructions for the current day's instructions.
No need to buy origami paper.
I wish I did buy separate origami paper, so I could go back to the instructions in the future.

As the year went on, the instructions got more difficult. Tthe calendar has done a good job of teaching you techniques as the year goes on.
