This review is from: Gardens of the Spirit 2011 Wall Calendar (Calendar) I didnt quite know what to expect w/o being able to see the back of the calendar for the remainder of the months, but was I glad I ordered this one! The pictures by renopwned photographer Charles Mann are just beautiful of serene and simple Japanese gardens and the narrative by Maggie Oster, herself a photographer, is so inspiring. If I would have received this as a gift I would have been overwhelmed. AS it was a gift to myself I am equally delighted. ALl the international holidays from Christian to Pagan to Buddhist to you-name-it are listed as well as the moon phases and eclipses. Not too much but interesting to note. Do wish there had been a way to put the explanation on the upper page with the photo and give room to make the calendar spaces a little bigger.
