I collect the artwork of Gil Elvgren and get two new calendars every year. But I wish that who ever is putting the calendar together put a little more thought into selecting the pictures. None are appropriate to the month they're in. Why not Christmas in December. A Valentine in February, fireworks or something patriotic in July, and so on. A little thought and common sense would go along ways in an artistic creation. It looks as if they just grabs 12 random prints and tossed it together. I could do better next year making my own at the local office supply's printer.

This is the third year we have ordered a Elvgren calendar for a gift. The calendars are always well recieved and the recipent wishes he could find posters of some of the prints.

This calendars week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. Not what I'm use to. I had to modify it to make sense.
