Product Review

Baby Blues transcends the comic page by fusing the award-winning imaginations of Rick Kirkman and Jerry Scott with familiar family life. Inside Eat, Cry, Poop: Baby Blues Scrapbook 28, Kirkman and Scott intuitively balance the humorous with the poignant through relatable and sometimes all-too-familiar parenting scenes.

The daily misadventures of the MacPhersons clan continues in EAT, CRY, POOP the 28th "Baby Blues" Scrapbook. The book collects strips that ran from June 20, 2010 - Mar. 13, 2011. Some of the usual "Baby Blues" strips appear: Hammie performing stunts, Zoe getting Hammie in trouble, Wanda feeling overworked, etc. However, there also some longer story arcs: Hammie and Darryl get fake tattoos, Wanda reprograms the tv remote so it tells Darryl things she wants done, the kids find a bird's nest that's fallen out of a tree, Hammie discovers that he can talk to Zoe by talking through the vents, and Zoe gets sick and has to spend time at home with Mom. Overall, it's another great "Baby Blues" collection.
