Summary: 2011 Coffee Calendar is superb! 2010-08-04
Comment: Wow! This one is really really beautiful! The recipes and histories appear at the bottom of the photo and do not infterfere with the beauty of the shots. The paper is 100% recycled and has a rich smooth feel. I personally love the coffee histories and stories, but the photos are really standout, and the shot of the Bicerin coffee makes me want to take a spoonful right out of the picture. A+ on this one.COFFEE, The World's Great Recipes, Stories and Histories 2011 Wall Calendar
If you have not seen their coffee reference deck, Coffee: The World's Great Recipes, Stories and Histories you should pick it up if you love coffee. It has a permanent home in my kitchen and we make recipes form it all the time. Again, the history element is really entertaining and there are 40 cards in the box. We also like to use them as favorite cookbook bookmarks.

Summary: Great Recipes and the photos are beautiful 2010-06-05
Comment: This is a really unique and beautiful calendar. The recipes are easy to follow. I also have the deck, Coffee: The World's Great Recipes, Stories and Histories and have tried many of those recipes as well. I really like the fact that the recipes are traditional and the histories are very interesting. Also the squares on the calendar pages are large and easy to write in. Great Calendar.

Summary: Pretty pictures, less than perfect functionality 2010-03-07
Comment: I am a big coffee fan - the pictures, descriptions and recipes are nice. But this is first and foremost a CALENDAR. That is the most important part. A very important part of that for me is having little mini-calendars of the previous and next month on each page - which this does not have. How hard is it to include that? Seems like a no-brainer, but the creators didn't include them, for whatever reason. Hope they get it right next time around.
