Christmas Critters Advent Calendar

My grandson enjoyed the Christmas season a lot more with the cute advent calendar to mark off the days. I am not sure he understood how close Christmas was until he could visualize it on this calendar. We had a lot of bonding time talking about Christmas and the way time passes, as well as getting a few smiles from the cute animal pictures. It was a little flimsy but about what I expected for that price. It served its purpose and we had fun.

This remindes me of the advent calendars I grew up with. I got it to start the tradition with my 2 year old. He got really excited to find it on his door this morning and I showed him how to open it. We found the #1 together and opened the door to a lovely little candle.
