The 7 Minute Life System has been my key to unlocking undreamt of productivity. In the first thirty days of use, I nearly doubled my blog traffic, knocked out 11 unfinished tasks that were neglected for months and finally started hitting the gym consistently. The system has unleashed energy I didn't know I had. Allyson's planner gave me the edge I need to move from a demoralizing "to do list" to done. I can't describe the feeling I had the first day I came home and said, "I accomplished every thing I planned to do today!" I just received my 7-Minute Life Daily Planner and I am very impressed. I am a person who likes to continually improve- my work, my life, my body, my finances, & my overall future. This planner contains the tools for all aspects of your life. Instead of a several different journals, notebooks, & post-its to track goals, to-do lists, etc. it is all in one place! For "paper" people like myself looking to get focused on their goals, this is likely a very valuable tool..time will tell:)
