I get the Beer Calendar every year for my Dad, who religiously pulls a page off daily and revels in the ale-related wisdom it has to offer. I'm not a beer connoisseur but my dad is and he loves reading the details of all the niche beers. They describe the taste of the beer really nicely and offer interesting and fun tid-bits and info. about the place where it's brewed. He's later tried many of the beers he read about in the calendar. There are some pictures, too (in black & white). Highly recommended for true beer lovers!

If you like beer, then this is a great little novelty calendar-even if one day shows a beer you wouldn't necessarily go for, the next day or the weekend double might inform you of one or two you would - now, the only problem is getting your hands on 'em!
