I opted for this calendar rather than the other options because it was all great shots of Draco, Harry and Ron so you'd never have that awkward month of staring at a weird scene or character I wasn't overly fond of. Unfortunately I didn't look closely enough at the images and assumed that the photos on the back were just the top page of the calendar and there would be a bottom page with the actual calendar part.. nope. That's the whole calendar - just the one page, with the tiny calendar part in the corner. I don't understand why they did this, since a lot of the shots have vast expanses of just the boys' clothing (I really needed to see Ron's whole sweater?) which could be covered by a larger calendar without missing any of the photo.. oh well.
Anyway, if you want a Poster Book to hang on your wall which can also tell you the date or what holiday it is, get this. It has great, BIG shots of the boys. But if you would prefer a more traditional calendar where you actually...Read more

I have been a die hard Harry Potter fan since the very beginning. Every year I make sure that I purchase not only the Engagement Calendar but the wall calendar and mini wall calendar to boot. This year time got away from me and it was after New Year's Day that I even thought about ordering them so I was pretty much stuck with the dregs. Since it was late and pickings were slim on amazon, I cheaped out and called the competition where I was able to snag this 'calendar' for half price. The whole Harry Potter phenom and the price are the ONLY reasons I bought it.
Don't get me wrong, the photos are quality. The images are crisp, clean with no shadows or any other problems you can encounter with photographs on mass produced calendars. The product description states gives the content as pictures of Harry and his friends. I guess whomever wrote that hasn't gotten around to reading the books or watching the movies.
