There may not be a pretty picture every month. Just hang one next to it and things will be just fine. I am getting to the age where seeing the regular calendars from across the room is testing me. So from now on I will be buying this type of calendar. But more than being visible, I like writing significant time dependent things on my calendars. I have nearly 6 square inches per day in which to write in. Every day.

We're using this instead of one of the Grid brand calendars. This has strong, black type; the other had different colored ink on different months, and I worried that the lack of contrast would be a problem for elderly eyes.
