I bought this book as a gift for one of my bosses. I looked through the book - the photography is fabulous and the text is written so that you understand how beautiful the locations are. I plan to buy one for myself and maybe for others. This book reflects the spirit and the soul. There are no religious preferences as this includes Japanese gardens, Big Sur California, etc. A very beautiful book for any one with a spiritual outlook.

This book is a "Keeper". It combines some beautiful, sensitive photography with informative, captivating text. I am sure that everyone will find some of the 100 places familiar and be able to gauge their worth of inclusion. For the many other unfamiliar places, you are invited on a voyage of discovery. An Aussie, I can not argue with the Australian spiritual places selected (although I could have added some!). This is a book to return to when your mood dictates so you can revisit places with a new understanding. Enjoy!
